Although I was 15 minutes early for my appointment I was son all most immediately by a nurse. I have been coming to this hospital for so{ } your and have found my treatment always to be excellent.

I was told I needed drops to dilate the eyes. I drove here so was unable to comply. Prior notice would have been essential.

See above. The appointment letter should say the patient will not be able to drive.
